1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact
- Sale items or items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange
- Exchanges are offered only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery
- We have a 10-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your return/exchange will be processed as per our internal guidelines.
2. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days after approval. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- If the return request is made after 30 days
- If the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging
- For categories explicitly marked as non-refundable during purchase
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 10 days of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify our customer support within 10 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details for verification
- Once validated, we will initiate a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable
For products with manufacturer warranties, please refer directly to the respective brand.
5. Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners within 7 working days of order/payment confirmation
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier norms
- Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout—please ensure it is accurate
- Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email
- Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable
- Shipping & Delivery Timeframe : Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 -10 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or perishability. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
